Barbados Tour. Jan 2010

Although the annual cricket tour to Bristol is a New Ash Green Cricket Club tradition and enjoyed by all, the Committee felt that it was about time the Club toured somewhere different, and perhaps a little warmer!

It was decided that Barbados was the destination of choice, and to give people plenty of notice to sort out holidays and money we are looking at the last two weeks in January 2010.

The link below (Barbados Tour 2010) will take you to a PDF document which provides details of the tour. The tour company is Burleigh Travel Limited. A brief outline is a 12 day tour with four matches scheduled. The prices given are current prices as Burleigh do not yet have 2010 prices, so I would suggest adding 8% to the prices given to get a rough figure.

What is needed at this stage is an indication of who would like to come, including all names and the ages of those under 18 (in Jan 2010). I will pass this on to Burleigh who will then provide me with details of the deposits required and we can decide on firm dates for the trip. It would be nice to get this rolling within the next couple of weeks so please respond as soon as possible. If at this stage you feel that you can't commit to the tour it will still be possible to join at a later date providing that there are seats available on the plane and accomodation. Please feel free to invite friends, and of course family as this is intended to be a family friendly tour, but do note that teams will be made up from NAG CC members ahead of guests.
