New Ash Green & Hartley CC

Here is a description of how to find our ground. For those of you with SatNav the ground location is roughly:

If following the A20 from London -

Leave A20 at Swanley interchange
Follow signs for A20, Brands Hatch, West Kingsdown
Go past a right hand turn to Eynsford and Farningham and after about one mile turn left into Scratchers Lane
Go past Brands Hatch, (on your right) turn left at bottom of hill, then immediately right
Follow this narrow lane up and down a hill
Go across the junction at the bottom and follow this road, Billet Hill, to the end
At the top turn left at the White Swan and take the next major junction with filtration lane on the right
Follow the road through New Ash Green Village
Just after the main entrance to the shopping centre on the right, turn right into Church Road
Follow this road for about half a mile, out of New Ash Green, and Manor Field is on the right hand side just after the church and duck pond
Should you reach the built up area of Hartley with pavements at the side of the road you have gone too far!

If following the A20/M20 from Maidstone direction -

Follow M20/M26 or A20 to the Wrotham intersection with the M26
Follow the signs for the A20 West Kingsdown (effectively straight over the motorway intersection roundabout)
Go past The Mote Beefeater Restaurant
At the next R/A take 3rd exit (following A20)
At the next R/A take 1st exit
After the last roundabout at the top of the hill (take 2nd exit A20
The junction for New Ash Green is the 2nd on the right and signposted Ash, New Ash Green and Hartley. This is South Ash Road
Follow this road past the London Golf Club and through Ash village
The road turns sharp right at the White Swan Pub, follow this road until the next major junction with filtration lane on the right
Follow road through New Ash Green as per directions above

From the A2

From the A2 (either from London or Medway) take the exit signposted Gravesend West. (New Ash Green, Hartley, Longfield etc are also signposted)
Follow signs to New Ash Green
Keep going through New Barn until the road ends and turn right towards Longfield
Go past the two schools until you reach a mini roundabout and turn left
Follow this road (Ash Road) for about a mile to the top of the hill and turn left just before a parade of shops into Church Road
Follow this road for about a mile, and just after it becomes a country lane (end of pavements) look for the entrance to the ground on the left, signed Manor Field
If you reach the duck pond you have missed the entrance
